Youth in Active cultural Gala in Padibe

Recently, a local NGO called NUTI (Northern Uganda Transistion initiative) organised for cultural Gala in which they were emphasing on the tradition ways of peace restoration. The traditional and cultural values plays a very big role bringing peace in the community of Africans. they Participated in the traditional dances called “Otole”.
